We built our reputation on this steak! Tender center-cut filet mignon, marinated in Bordelaise sauce, and wrapped in a generous slice of thick bacon. Bake thawed @ 400° 8-10 minutes on first side, then cook 5-8 minutes on second side. Towards end of cooking time, unwrap and lay the bacon flat on both sides to cook it thoroughly.
